As advised, we're unable to look into adjusting the fare. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we've added £5 of Uber credit to your account to use on future trips.

Uber credit has no expiry date and, whilst it will be applied by default on your next trip, if you wish to save your credit for another time you can toggle it on or off when requesting a trip.

@FudroPiotr Hi Piotr, we understand your wish to have a complete history of your travels for documentation.

However, for now, we do not offer this feature in our application. Thank you for pointing this out. If you need to access a certain trip, you can download individual receipts from riders.uber.com.
