Launching a token can be the best marketing on the planet. It makes useless products appear world changing.
Grifters know this. There鈥檚 a token attached to all the obvious grifts like FTT and LUNA and the more subtle VC pump and dumps. Too many to name.
Builders also know this so they focus on building a useful product first. Without a truly useful product the token is easy come, easy go.
Token comes later with time. It鈥檚 too valuable as a marketing tool and to align incentives between team and users to ignore. But if you launch it too soon or hype it up too much then it鈥檚 dead on arrival.
