Al Dhafra Petroleum has signed an AED 1 billion agreement with Excel Astra Engineering & Construction LLC at #ADIPEC2026 to deliver new Produced Water Treatment Facilities at the Haliba field.

The company’s largest Design, Build and Operate (DBO) agreement to date will support Haliba’s next phase of growth and help enable Al Dhafra Petroleum’s 50 MBD production target, while advancing AI-enabled project delivery and creating opportunities for UAE Nationals.

As an ADNOC Upstream marginal-field operator, Al Dhafra Petroleum is unlocking value from complex resources by leveraging technology, innovation and operational excellence.

وقّعت "الظفرة للبترول" اتفاقية بقيمة مليار درهم مع شركة "اكسيل استرا انجنيرنج اند كونستراكشن ذ.م.م" خلال معرض ومؤتمر "أديبك 2026"، لإنشاء مرافق جديدة لمعالجة المياه المصاحبة لإنتاج النفط في حقل "حليبة".

وتُعدّ الاتفاقية الأكبر في تاريخ الشركة بنظام التصميم والبناء والتشغيل (DBO)، وستدعم المرحلة المقبلة من نمو حقل "حليبة"، وتسهم في تحقيق مستهدف "الظفرة للبترول" بإنتاج 50 ألف برميل يومياً، إلى جانب تعزيز توظيف الذكاء الاصطناعي في تنفيذ المشاريع وإتاحة فرص للمواطنين الإماراتيين.

وبصفتها مشغّلاً للحقول الهامشية ضمن أعمال "أدنوك" في مجال الاستكشاف والتطوير والإنتاج، تعمل "الظفرة للبترول" على تحقيق أقصى قيمة من الموارد التي تتطلّب تقنيات تطوير متقدمة، بالاستفادة من التكنولوجيا والابتكار وكفاءة العمليات.

To enhance operational reliability and support future production, ADNOC Onshore signed an agreement with Mannesmann Energy at ADIPEC 2026 to deliver Phase II of the NEB Facilities Upgrade Project, upgrading the facilities that serve the NEB fields.
