Great day with @Hambofoundation. Much more enjoyable than I thought it would be but I won’t be doing another one! Thankyou for all the kind donations to the Matt Hampson Foundation #londonmarathon

I’m running in Sunday’s London Marathon to help raise funds for the Matt Hampson Foundation. They do incredible work supporting young people following life-changing injury. Please donate if you can, it means such a lot to so many people #LondonMarathon

I would be most grateful if anyone has any spare change to sponsor me in this year’s London Marathon. All proceeds will go to The Matt Hampson Foundation who do incredible work & have been so supportive of my good friend Graham Lee and his family justgiving.com/page/apmccoylo…
