As of this morning, we have restored service to 97% of our customers affected by Hurricane Isaias. There remain some areas that are still inaccessible due to power availability and ground conditions.
We know overall progress does not replace an individual restoration estimate. We are working to provide clearer updates as crews gain access. Once service is restored, appropriate outage credits will be applied automatically. Spectrum equipment damaged by the storm will not be charged to customers.

Escambia County: Spectrum continues to make progress restoring service to customers impacted by Hurricane Isaias. 80% of our customers across the county are back online.
We understand how much our customers rely on our services. To support local efforts, we have brought in additional support crews who are ready and waiting to access over 110 areas that are heavily damaged; these areas need to be cleared and safe before that work can be completed.
We appreciate your patience as we continue to focus on restoring service to impacted customers as quickly and safely as possible.
