250 years after the Declaration of Independence, what will it take to keep the American experiment in freedom alive for another 250?

As the United States celebrates its 250th anniversary, its founding ideals continue to raise important questions about liberty, self-government, and the relationship between individual freedom and civic responsibility.

What can freedom advocates around the world learn from America's achievements and failures? And what will renewing the classical liberal tradition require today?

During Atlas Network's 2026 Liberty Forum, Lord Daniel Hannan, Director General of the Institute of Economic Affairs, will moderate "America at 250: The Enduring Case for Freedom," featuring:
Stephanie Slade, author of Fusionism: Liberty, Virtue, and the Future of the American Right, and Larry Reed, author of Born of Ideas: How Principles, Faith, and Courage Formed America.

Together, they'll examine the relationship between liberty, virtue, faith, pluralism, and constitutionally limited government, while considering the distance between America's founding ideals and its historical practice.

The discussion will also explore contemporary challenges facing the classical liberal tradition and what its renewal will require from individuals, institutions, and civil society.

Join us for a conversation about the lessons of America's first 250 years and the questions that will shape its future.

How do you turn a promising idea into policy? Reach people beyond your usual audience? Keep a team moving when progress is slow?

You may be wsorking on different sides of the world but wrestling with the same question.

During Liberty Forum, explore those questions with people bringing experience from across the worldwide freedom movement.

📢In Leadership That Multiplies, examine practical approaches to mentoring, coaching, and helping others take ownership. Consider how you can develop leadership within your own organization as teams navigate new technology and changing ways of working.
