Austin Tunnell

We completed the equity raise and closed the construction loan yesterday evening.

We’re wasting no time: we’re breaking ground today.

It’s time to BUILD!

Stay tuned.

The most fun part of development is bringing a real vision to life. It's not just pretty pictures, but real buildings and places for people to use and love.

My goodness, I love how this is coming together.

These are the 3 buildings at Townsend we chose to do in structural masonry.

Much harder, but worth the effort.

My first development from 2018/19. The Bend in Carlton Landing, a TND in Oklahoma.

We secured 3 lots and split them into 6, arranged in a horseshoe around a central shared courtyard and a more private rear courtyard through the moongate.🧵

100%. We can experiment, iterate, make decisions, document, and implement very quickly.

Could not pull off these projects if we weren’t design-build.
