Richard Scolyer AO was a medical revolutionary, a man of immense courage, Australian of the Year, and a friend.
He dedicated his life to researching melanoma, changing the course of countless lives.
In his final years he fought to change the future for others living with glioblastoma, and he leaves the world a better place for it.
It was an honour to celebrate his life today at the Sydney Opera House.
