‼️Postgame Thoughts‼️
FIU, thanks to a game-winning FG, defeated Missouri State 23-20. Devonte Lyons was a key reason the Panthers won; he had 248 total yards and 2 TDs. The defense, led by Elisha Baldridge, Shamir Sterlin, and Brayshawn Littlejohn, were impressive once again. Now 4-5, the Panthers head to Delaware next week to continue their quest for bowl eligibility.

After tonight’s game, FIU Kicker Robert Czeremcha talked about his game-winning kick and what the kick does for his confidence going forward. #FIU #CFB

I asked FIU RB Devonte Lyons about how he prepares himself for late stages of the game. I also asked how punching in more TDs increases the RB room’s confidence. #FIU #CFB

After tonight’s win over Missouri State, I asked Willie Simmons about the play of WRs Kyle McNeal + Tyson Carter, and what he saw from Shamir Sterlin, Elisha Baldridge, and Brayshawn Littlejohn on defense. I also asked about the continued emergence of RB Devonte Lyons. #FIU #CFB
