A new study in @NatureMedicine reports early results from amsokigene autoleucel (amsoki-cel, OBX-115), an engineered tumor-infiltrating lymphocytetherapy being developed for patients with advanced melanoma whose disease has progressed after immune checkpoint inhibitor treatment.

The @FDA has approved atezolizumab (Tecentriq) in combination with fluoropyrimidine and oxaliplatin chemotherapy for the adjuvant treatment of patients with Stage III mismatch repair-deficient (dMMR) colon cancer.
