Completely unacceptable indeed. So wrong in so many ways. Sad…
*Simultaneous submissions* are a breach of ethics and hurt peer review. We just found out one. The paper was sent to MDPI on 26 Dec 2022. The exact same paper was sent to us on 31 Dec; we rejected it on 5 Jan. MDPI published it a few weeks later. Authors have been black listed.View quoted post on X
