I hope the Brandon Aiyuk saga continues forever only so we can continue to get Kyle Shanahan quotes about the Brandon Aiyuk saga forever

Matt Barrows @mattbarrows 2d

As was the case Wednesday, Kyle Shanahan was extremely uninterested in discussing Brandon Aiyuk. he won't take part in the meeting later today.

I continue to see Pollard for a fourth and don’t understand why that isn’t just … happening.

Pollard is a very solid veteran back! The Packers have an extra fourth! This isn’t hard at all!

Trade deadline updates, per @AlbertBreer:

• Giants, Jaguars, Vikings looking for help at DT
• Texans checked in on available RBs and safeties
• Browns looked at adding rotational edge rusher and perhaps a blocking TE
• Steelers monitoring WR market and could deal LB Cole Holcomb
• Patriots discussed moving DT Christian Barmore or CB Carlton Davis III while also shopping around for help on the edge
• JK Dobbins less likely to be traded following RJ Harvey injury
• Tony Pollard would likely cost at least 4th-round pick
• Calvin Ridley might cost 6th-round pick
