If you’re looking for a lefty reliever this is your guy. Carter is punching out a whopping 55% of batters faced this fall using 2 outlier secondaries that play against both LHH and RHH.

Fall stat line

5IP 3 H 0 R 1 BB 12 K

55% K 5% BB

You’re also getting high level maturity and leadership. Someone who attacks a high level routine every single day.

Sophomore year

321/467/431 (897 OPS)

Battle a minor oblique injury early and a minor shoulder injury late but lead off the entire season as our offensive engine

4–8 without him in the lineup the first 3 weeks of the season

28-12 with him in the lineup leading off every game

Got on our radar when I watched him have hits off Hunter Dietz and Liam Peterson in the same Florida HS Final 4 game

True leadoff profile who’s always performed better against the best arms

Fr - 329/448/389 (837 OPS)
367/485/422 (907 OPS) - Panhandle Conf play / Postseason play

Could not put a big enough stamp of approval on Andrew

We struggled early as he recovered from a minor oblique injury and then took off when he came back

Leader and leadoff hitter for 2 years. Has a long track record dating back to HS of performing better against the best arms

Former all state QB in year 2 of full time baseball. Twitchy athlete that translates to the box. Easy power to all fields and now getting to plus pull side power more often, strong arm from OF, great understanding of the strike zone with good pitch recognition. Rapidly improving.

OF Cole Horton (SO) gets the barrel out front & hammers a 2B at 100 EV to the LCF gap. Real strong at contact & projects to a good bit more too.
