BIG BEAUTIFUL BLUE BLOWOUT
McAdoo played 48 minutes in that game. So did John Havlicek for the Celtics. A different era. Wembanyama played 34 minutes for San Antonio last night. Imagine if he'd played all 48.
Last night, Victor Wembanyama had 52 points, 24 rebounds and 8 blocks in the Spurs' win over the Mavs. He became the second man with 50-20-5 since blocks became an NBA stat in 1973. Bob McAdoo had 52 points, 22 boards, 7 blocks for Buffalo at the Aud in a loss to Boston in 1974.
