One of the biggest compliments a coach can give about a player is “he is coachable”

What does being COACHABLE look like?

1. Make eye contact
2. Show positive body language
3. Seek feedback
4. Want to improve
5. Make adjustments, not excuses
6. Leave your ego at the door
7. Stay humble

The best players don’t just accept feedback. They act on it.
