I think when we go back and look at my pre-season predictions, we're going to find that I was mostly accurate within a range. The biggest miss I had across the metroplex was Red Oak. I picked Red Oak to be last in this district, and they will be playing football next week. An absolute incredible story of resilience over at Red Oak, winning multiple one score games to make it to the next round. Lake Ridge had so much talent this year on the offensive side of the ball, but it didn't resonate over to the defensive side and that ended up costing them. My preseason picks were Duncanville-Hachie-North Crowley. Ended up being North Crowley-Hachie-Duncanville, which to be fair, I flipped after about 2 games. It became clear what North Crowley was going to be doing, and they dominated right out of the gates against some big dogs. North Crowley is probably one of the biggest state championship favorites, but we saw last year when Carroll had to play 48 minutes, they faltered. How will North Crowley fare if they get to a 4th quarter game?
