📣Annual returns are now live!

💻Services can now complete their annual return on our eForms system here bit.ly/CI-eForms. The deadline for completion is Tuesday, 17 February 2026. Even if your service is inactive, you still have to complete one!

📞Our contact centre will be open late for all services every Thursday between 16:00-19:00 during the annual return period. There will be limited staff available, so we ask for your patience while we answer your calls.
