Chainstack 💙🛠️

We rebuilt Solana RPC on Chainstack and shipped big upgrades for @solana builders:

→ getSupply: 2 to 300 RPS
→ getProgramAccounts p95: 25-60 s to under 2 s
→ Median getLatestBlockhash: ~17 ms to ~2 ms
→ and 4 more upgrades

Details in the thread below 🧵

Denim goes live on @base today at 18:00 UTC: blocks drop from 2s to 200ms, Flashblocks are removed.

What changes for your app:

→ block.number runs 10x faster. Use block.timestamp for timelocks
→ A 2s polling loop now sees ~10 new blocks per tick
→ Flashblocks streams and the pending tag stop: use newHeads and logs

Chainstack Base nodes are ready ⚡

We detected and contained the attack, and are now focused on hardening our systems. Our findings indicate it was part of a large-scale, AI-powered attack campaign reported in late October.

Full details and updates are in our incident report.

The security and reliability of our systems remain our top priorities, and we are taking further steps to strengthen our safeguards. Thank you for your continued trust.
