Encouraging real world experience (N=9) from @MayoClinic on BCMA-directed CAR T in AL #amyloidosis.

➡️ 89% CRS, 22% G3+
➡️ 1 IEC-HS, 1 CN palsy
➡️ 75% hematologic CR, 1 VGPR
➡️ 1-yr PFS and OS of 100%
➡️ both cardiac and renal responses seen
