The App State men's cross country team absolutely SMASHED the competition at this morning's Sun Belt championship

- 21 points (best in the league since 2002)
- Next closest team had 77 points
- The lowest score any team can ever record is 15 (if it places 1-5 individually)

Worth a read! Coach Kerns is more than a coach! He is in the people business. I will always appreciate and cherish his mentorship and friendship! I take the stairs because of @CoachDKerns 💛🖤🏔️

Now, @AppStateMBB has become the Sun Belt's most consistent winner.
