I love softball for so many reasons but my favorite reason is that there is no standard shape or size. You see all shapes and sizes, backgrounds, and colors of strong women excelling at the game.👏🏿👏🏾👏🏽👏🏼👏🏻👏 #womenofsoftball

What if we studied helping female athletes thrive instead of only what causes them to struggle? Women’s sports deserve a stronger voice in psychological research. Maybe my dissertation is where coaching, softball, and positive psychology finally come together. #PositivePsychology

Love how much softball is finally accessible on TV and streaming these days 🙌🥎

More visibility = more opportunity, more inspiration, and more young girls believing they belong in this game.

Keep showing up. Keep playing with heart. The next generation is watching.
