A huge congrats to my former HS coach Shawn Dodd at @ENRangerfootbal ! First 6-0 start in school history! Program changer! A bunch of hard work in the offseason translating to on the field success! Best thing about 6-0? Chance to go 7-0‼️

Your role is different than your value.

Your role is what the team needs from you today.
Your value is what you bring every day.
