Coach Russ, CMAA CIC

Work and live as if you have a one-day contract & today's performance will determine if tomorrow's contract is renewed.

Be where your feet are!

The weight room, classroom, and practice field all ask the same question: can you be trusted?

Every rep tells the truth about you!

Effort is the decision to outwork comfort and attack your responsibility.

As much as talent counts, effort counts twice.

You can’t control your gifts, but you completely control your grind.
