Another huge milestone for Metriport today: we’ve been accepted as a Candidate QHIN under TEFCA.

Healthcare works better when patient information moves freely and clinicians see the complete picture. Today, we’re one step closer to that goal.

Metriport has been accepted as a Candidate Qualified Health Information Network (QHIN) under TEFCA, moving us into the pre-production testing phase. If designated, Metriport would participate directly in TEFCA’s nationwide exchange framework, building on our work to make comprehensive patient data available at the point of care.

It’s a big milestone for our team, and an important step toward a more connected healthcare system.
