100% committed to the University of Akron. @ZipsBB

I would like to thank Coach Faulds, Coach Valentine, Coach Estep, and Coach Eversole for this amazing opportunity along with my parents, Coach Waggoner, Coach Grady, Coach Carmichael, and Coach Rosinski for helping me through this process.

9 months post-op TJ. First time touching a mound. Small steps—big milestone.

More work to do!

We don’t guess. We measure.

Biomechanics and video showed Dashel had pro arm speed but needed more pelvis rotation velocity.

After training with tools like the Core Velocity Belt, he just touched 90. Huge milestone and only the beginning.

Working on my Kinematic Sequence to improve my rotational velocity this offseason. Lots of heavy and light med ball work this fall and now working with the velocity belt @pitchingschool
