I’ve had the chance to get to know and work with Pat over the last three years.

Great kid, extremely hard worker, smart, and very talented. Excited to watch him compete his senior year and see what the future has in store for him. Definitely a name to keep an eye on!

Been working with Pat for the last year and a half—his growth has been fun to watch. Smart, athletic, and puts in the work. Someone to keep an eye on this year! He’s a good one!

Over the course of my football career (and even more after), I have read many books on performance and self-development.

While I enjoyed many of those books, and learned a lot, there is only 1 book I can say truly had a life-changing impact on me as an athlete during my career -
