It's a fact

Diet and zero sugar is not good

But energy drinks have somehow figured it out and are so damn delicious

It's my favorite thing to drink at this point

Alani is the biggest issue because they are almost too good and marketed towards kids

I see it all the time with my own HS kids and their friends

Energy drinks do not have more caffeine than a Venti Starbucks coffee but they taste too delicious. Flavor science is living in the future. Kids drink a bunch and it blows up their hearts. Monitor this if you’re a parent.
