Department of War - CFO

Hon. Michael Powers, Deputy Under Secretary of War (Comptroller), visited Huntsville, AL, along with leaders in DCFO and JTF Audit, to observe readiness efforts supporting the Army Materiel Command Working Capital Fund.
The visit included an overview of the improvements the Department is making to better track Army equipment—an important step toward a successful DoW audit.

This aggressive, disciplined execution ensures that the majority of authorized resources have been rapidly deployed to support immediate combat readiness and force modernization.
