A fantastic early morning gathering as we welcomed our newest E-AHPBA and @IHPBA National Chapters: Sudan, Trans-Caspian and Gulf.

We were delighted to present each Chapter President with a commemorative plaque and officially welcome them into the HPB family.

Thank you to all the Chapter Presidents who joined us, and a special welcome to our Ethiopian and Ukrainian Chapters, who have also recently become part of our growing community 🌎

A group of us had a great catch up with the @corza_medical team today. There were some fantastic discussions around MIS trends and solutions, future surgical education and plans for collaboration in 2027! Here are just some of those who joined the discussion 🌟

Don't miss out on the E-AHPBA Laparoscopic Liver Masterclass!

Looking to advance your practical skills in laparoscopic liver surgery?

Join our international expert faculty this December for two days of hands-on training, practical techniques and expert-led discussions, delivered in partnership with @BOWAMEDICALUK and @ukcorzamedical.

Wow, what a welcome to #IHPBA2026! We were treated to a spectacular traditional Singaporean lion dance at tonight's opening ceremony, a truly memorable way to begin the meeting. If this is how the congress starts, we can't wait to see what tomorrow's scientific programme has in store 🦁
