โ€œNfL is almost the perfect biomarkerโ€ฆ We can measure it repeatedly in the blood, keep the samples at room temperature for several days, freeze and thaw them at least three times without affecting the levels,โ€ says Professor Jan Lycke of the University of Gothenburg.
