how to build cold outreach sequences that drive sales with Claude Code:

step 1: scrape real prospect data with apify's MCP

connect Apify to Claude Code and scrape:
- linkedin profiles of your ICP (job titles, company info, activity)
- company websites to understand their positioning
- job postings showing what problems they're hiring to solve
- social media posts revealing current priorities

feed 100+ prospect profiles into Claude for pattern analysis

step 2: deep research your ICP's actual language

now Claude analyzes the scraped data to extract:
> exact phrases they use to describe their challenges
> pain points that show up repeatedly across profiles
> buying signals (recent funding, new hires, tech stack changes)
> psychological triggers based on their content and activity

this is the gold most people skip

step 3: map the sequence psychology

don't write yet

design the mental journey based on research:
- email 1: lead with THEIR specific pain (from scraped language)
- email 2: show you understand their world (reference their actual context)
- email 3: address the objection pattern you found in research
- email 4: prove it with examples matching their company profile
- email 5: make responding frictionless

step 4: collab with Claude to write the full sequence

now give claude:
- the scraped prospect language and patterns
- ICP pain points extracted from real profiles
- your winning customer playbook
- the psychological sequence map

when Claude drafts, it's writing emails backed by actual prospect research that your competitors are too lazy to do

that's why these sequences book meetings

i've spent over 1,000 hours building with AI agents... and i've tried them ALL

from OpenClaw to Grok Bot, ChatGPT Dots and Open Bot... every single time, i end up back on Hermes

here's why:

- it hasn't stopped evolving since i first tried it in march, it keeps absorbing the best features from its competitors
- the team behind it is locked in, new models, connectors and plugins land extremely fast
- it's one of the best harnesses you can use, sometimes more efficient than Codex or Claude Code for me
- you can run any model, bring your own subscriptions, or run it locally and it picks the best model for your machine
- it just works... and when it breaks, one 'hermes doctor' fixes it

i get why people are impressed by Grok Bot's UI, but it takes 5 minutes to make the Hermes desktop app look exactly how you want

hide the tool calls, the extra menus, everything you don't need, and you end up with a setup that's yours forever

the mobile app is in beta right now, i should get access in a few hours, and what i've seen so far is legit

once it goes public, a lot of people will realize no other personal AI agent can compete

so the time you put into your Hermes setup today pays off hard in the coming months

because when Grok Bot runs on a nerfed model, when Muse gets locked to the US, or when your usage limits everywhere else get ridiculous...

Hermes will still be standing and delivering, like it has for me for the past 6 months

twitter's algorithm changes every week but great tweets will always perform, here's how to write them:

pick ONE idea:
- insight from your business that saved you money
- a life lesson that cost you six months to learn
- a system/tool/method you actually use (not theory)

articulate this thought in the most practical way possible

because people will most likely only read the first sentence... if you don't hook them with an actionable idea, they're gone

so make it simple, make it clear... bookmarkable and instantly actionable

how to turn Grok Bot into a 200 IQ marketing genius:

> mine every place your ICP talks: subreddits, tiktok comments, tweet replies, linkedin posts...
> train it on your competitors' product reviews... that's where the emotional drivers and psychological patterns hide
> build a few avatars from it all and inject them into your copy, social posts and emails

you end up with sharp pain points, the exact words your customers use, and basically every need mapped

so your copy reads like it was written from inside your customer's head
