Made an error? You get 5 seconds.
5 seconds…
- to acknowledge it.
- to breathe.
- to let it go.
Then reset and get back to work.
You can’t change the last play, but you can control what you do with the next one.
Don’t let one mistake become two.
Reset. Refocus. Respond.

Yesterday I was so excited to go to an @BerrySoftball camp for the second time! I was glad it got moved to yesterday to avoid the rain today. I had a fun day and enjoyed every moment! As always @coachmere_16 was a blast and a special thanks to all the players who came to help.
