As part of the Aztec Foundation's restructuring, my time at Aztec has come to an end 🫡

I have no doubt that privacy is something we must continue fighting for. I'll be rooting for the team as they enter this next phase.

For what's next, I'm making the contrarian 2026 move: NOT pivoting to AI.
I want to double down on crypto and find the right product management/ecosystem role to do it.

We had a data breach affecting the system powering Gnosis Pay-branded cards (our B2C business line) that resulted in the exposure of certain customer information.

Everyone affected was sent an email today with full information.

We deeply regret that this happened. While funds were not affected, the security of personal information is just as important and we take full responsibility.

Additional measures are in place until the B2C platform involved is fully retired as planned on 20 December 2026. In the meantime we encourage everyone to be even more vigilant. We will never ask for your PIN or seed phrase, or ask you to move funds.

I think we just survived the first major pullback since the bear market ended.

The internet literally melted last week.

Binance got hacked. The US and Europe talking about imminent war. Anthropic IPO. "Crypto bunker" fears. US elections. Rising odds of Fed rate hikes. The CLARITY Act failing to pass...

Fr, who's even bigger than Binance left to get hacked?

The only scenarios I can imagine being worse are true black swans. And if one hits, I'll sell a kidney to buy the dip.

But I'd rather take that risk than risk being out of the market.
