Most who are MISINFORMED and misled will chose the P4 option and not value the minutes on the floor and the development that will equate to a larger payout. Some think sitting at a P4 means your value is higher .

Something to be considered in recruiting….

If am the parent of a Top 100 boy, offered 200k at a P4 to sit for a while, do you choose a mid-major for 100k, w/a terrific position coach/developer?

Get much better, level up year 3 to a P4 for 400-500k.

Longer money?

Intentional attention given across the state. Collaborative effort and a lot of dialogue going on behind the scenes .

Loud in production and loud in winning intangibles on and off the floor. Leads by example . Always raises others to higher levels who are around him
