Georgia Impact Premier 16U Announcement Coaching Staff & Premier Open Workout

Georgia Impact Premier is proud to introduce the leadership team for our 16U Premier program. Head Coach Rob Bratton will be joined by Assistant Coaches Mark Greene, Brandon White, and Bryan Jones. Supporting the program as General Managers are Chris Heath and Dickey Vallery. Together, this experienced leadership team is committed to building a championship-caliber culture while developing athletes to compete at the highest levels of travel fastpitch and preparing them for success at the collegiate level.

This staff is dedicated to developing complete student-athletes through high-level instruction, advanced game knowledge, and a championship mindset. Their focus extends far beyond wins and losses—they are committed to helping players maximize their potential, gain valuable exposure, and pursue opportunities to play college softball. Every athlete will be challenged to grow both on and off the field through accountability, discipline, and intentional player development.

Georgia Impact Premier 16U is seeking elite 16U athletes who are ready to compete at the highest level of travel fastpitch.

Our expectation is simple: compete relentlessly, prepare with purpose, and represent the program with pride. Every drill, every rep, and every inning is an opportunity to grow.

If you're a 16U athlete ready to raise your standard and surround yourself with players who share the same drive, join us for our 16U Premier Open Workout.

This is more than a workout—it's an opportunity to become part of a culture built on accountability, relentless work ethic, and a commitment to excellence.

With the workout just days away, now is the time to secure your opportunity. If you're a competitive 16U athlete ready to compete on the Premier stage, reserve your spot today by emailing 18upremier@gaimpact.org. We look forward to evaluating the next generation of Georgia Impact Premier athletes on Saturday, August 1, from 10:00 AM–1:00 PM.
