This week, @SecKennedy traveled to McKenzie, North Dakota for a Regenerative Agriculture roundtable hosted on Black Leg Ranch — a 6th generation, 17,000-acre regenerative ranch.

Joined by @SecretaryBurgum, @SenJohnHoeven, @GovArmstrong, and @RepFedorchak, with @SenKevinCramer moderating, the discussion focused on how regenerative farming can rebuild healthy soil, support family farms, and produce healthier food for Americans.

America's healthcare system should reward keeping people healthy, not just treating them when they're sick. Under @POTUS' leadership, HHS and @CMSGov are modernizing Medicare to put patients first.

âś… Prioritizing prevention and primary care
âś… Expanding access to preventive services
âś… Cracking down on duplicate billing and waste
âś… Lowering out-of-pocket costs for eligible patients

Under President Trump’s leadership, the Administration is establishing new government-wide standards to prevent the misuse of synthetic DNA and other biotechnology tools.

Working with @NIST and @USDA, HHS will help ensure synthetic biology suppliers meet rigorous, independently verified screening standards — safeguarding scientific innovation while reducing the risk of dangerous biological research.

Today, we released the National Policy for Nucleic Acid Synthesis Screening to protect American biotechnology innovation while reducing the risk of misuse.

This policy establishes a new, government-wide screening requirements for synthetic DNA and the equipment used to make it. It will ensure companies selling nucleic acid sequences and synthesis equipment know their customers and prevent the malicious use of these materials and tools.

This policy strengthens our Nation’s biosecurity posture by establishing rigorous U.S. government-wide procurement screening and physical security standards for synthetic biology. It replaces outdated “self-attestation” systems with robust, independent verification. It creates a dynamic, SI-powered screening layer that assesses the biological risk from nucleic acid sequences, allowing the U.S. to anticipate and prevent malicious use and help stop dangerous gain-of-function research.

@NIST will issue rigorous new screening standards and @HHSGov and @USDA will certify synthetic biology providers. Together, these measures will strengthen American biosecurity, safeguard responsible innovation, and establish a global standard for safe and transparent synthetic biology tools and research.

Prescription drug prices are falling at the fastest rate in over 60 years. Prices are down 4.5% year over year—the largest decline since 1963.

Thanks to @POTUS, TrumpRx.gov and most-favored-nation pricing are helping make medications more affordable for Americans.
