Couldn’t pass up this bit of Boston nostalgia at Logan Airport…Mike’s Pastry cannoli! (They were out of the chocolate dipped, hence the choc chip.)

It’s been quite a week. I’ve been back in MA with my family after a health scare and medical life and death emergency in my family. Everyone is going to be ok. We didn’t know that a couple of days ago. Look at how pretty fall is here. I have been talking, laughing with my sisters, drinking wine with my dinner (made with care by wonderful friends), and not thinking too much about anything not important. Flying back home to be with my own family tomorrow (I miss them). Thank you to everyone who reached out and cared. I will not forget your kindness and hope I can return it to you when you need it. Life is a gift. We are each other’s gifts.
