After failing this RA septal PAC case a couple weeks ago, I've since had these 2 AT cases where we had to go retrograde to the non-coronary aortic cusp to successfully eliminate tach. I'm thinking the failed PAC may have been coming from NCC too! What do you guys think? #EPeeps
