- Extended/combination antiviral therapy was effective in clearing prolonged SARS-CoV-2 in all 16 highly immunocompromised patients who had previously failed monotherapy despite evidence of persistently blunted humoral immunity.

Interesting how many of these infections were not specified in terms of diagnosis! We NEED improved diagnostics and infection reporting to better understand how to prevent and manage infections in this setting!

Really nifty figure breaking down CAR T NRM by cause:
- infections highest by far at 51% (most infection type not spec)
- next: second malignancies (mostly myeloid) at 7.8% & cardioresp 7.3%, neurotox 5%

Concerningly 10% of NRM due to "unknown" cause = need better reporting 3/x
