Hey, it's stupid to not show Jonathan Taylor's under center production vs Chase Brown

Ok, here's their UC carries, Shotgun carries and Career Comparison from 2023-2026

And to be clear (again), I'm not saying Chase Brown is better than Jonathan Taylor.

I'm saying the difference in not worth multiple draft picks on THIS Bengals offense.

Sure, it would be nice to have a bigger back to close out games, but just like the Super Bowl, he would be on the bench when you need a drive to win the game.

Spend those picks to get defensive players.

Jonathan Taylor potential trade would likely cost first-round pick, or the equivalent to a Christian McCaffrey–level package.

Broncos and Vikings currently appear less inclined to trade for Taylor and Giants aren’t offering what Colts want.

Researching something else and stumbled on this.

On average, teams/players are playing only 14 more snaps per year than they were playing in 2013.

The NFL added another game, but the pace of the game has slowed enough that it's almost balancing out compared to the peak.
