Seems daft that Welsh social housing standards are so inflexible that housing associations are having to spend money turning homes they've purchased from 3 beds into 2 beds.

We legislated on this in 2011. 15 years later there is basically no evidence that the law improved outcomes for children.

We should be really wary of putting more burdens on struggling public bodies.
