On November 5, 2025, LJC went all the way to the Supreme Court to prove the administration's tariff regime was unlawful.

V.O.S. Selections v. Trump was never about the president. It was about the presidency and preserving the separation of powers that safeguards our democracy and economy. The Supreme Court’s landmark ruling affirms that the Constitution—not executive power—governs tariffs, our economy, and our laws.

NEW: LJC's PARENTS Initiative has submitted a public comment to the Treasury Department and the IRS identifying concerns with a newly proposed regulation titled “Racial Nondiscrimination in Private Schools.”

The proposed rule would make private schools ineligible for federal income tax exemption under Section 501(c)(3) if they discriminate on the basis of race, color, or national or ethnic origin in admissions, scholarships, policies or other school-administered programs.

BUT their proposal lacks important safeguards.
