With this announcement comes a new chapter for me, as along with being the Team Manager, I will also be stepping into the role of Head Coach for FUT Esports.
I know this announcement will probably raise a few questions, especially considering this will be my first time coaching at the top level. I completely understand that, and I am excited to take on this new challenge.
Due to some circumstances, our plans to bring in a coach unfortunately didn't work out the way we had hoped. After exploring our options and having thorough discussions with the organization, we ultimately couldn't come to an agreement on the right fit. With that, I decided to step up and take on this responsibility on a trial basis, until at least the end of Kickoff.
This was not an easy decision to make, but it is one I fully stand behind. The organization has given me its full support, and I have the trust of the players, which means a lot to me. I have ZERO intention of letting any of them down.
I've spent the past season working closely with two thirds of this roster, understanding how they operate, what they need to be successful, and what it takes to make a winning environment. While coaching is a completely different responsibility, I believe the relationships and trust we've built together give us a strong foundation going forward, and it has shown already.
I wouldn't have accepted this opportunity if I didn't believe in myself, the roster, and our ability to succeed. I believe that, given the circumstances, this is the best decision for the team, and I am ready to put everything I have into proving that.
All that I ask is you give us the chance, and show the boys some support. I know there will be doubts about me, and that is fair, but I hope our results will speak for themselves.
Lastly, I want to give a huge welcome to LJ, who will be joining us in this chapter. I am excited to see him play with the rest of the boys, and I cannot wait to show everyone what we are capable of. ❤️

The FUTure continues. ❤️
We are pleased to announce the contract extension of Laf (@LafRL10) for the 2027 season.
Following a very successful 2026 season, he will continue as Team Manager while taking on the additional responsibility of Head Coach for the RLCS 2027 Club Championship.
