The #Patriots released exclusive footage of the ending to Super Bowl LI… I smiled all 13 minutes and 34 seconds 🥹

It feels surreal to relive the 28-3 comeback from right there on the field.

The #Patriots have four IR return designations remaining for the regular season, with WR Romeo Doubs (shoulder) and LG Alijah Vera-Tucker (hamstring) likely locks to use two of those, per @MikeReiss.

Reiss adds that FB Reggie Gilliam, S Dell Pettus, LB Khalil Jacobs, and OLB Quintayvious Hutchins are other potential candidates due to all having been spotted in the locker room during media availability recently.

The #Patriots are not expected to make a splash ahead of Tuesday’s trade deadline, but they could still pursue a more “modest” acquisition, per @MikeReiss.

“There are multiple reasons, according to sources familiar with the team’s thinking, and near the top of the list is the unwillingness to sacrifice significant assets from future Patriots teams. The club already did that in the offseason by trading a 2028 first-round pick and 2027 fifth-rounder for receiver A.J. Brown in June, which was part of an overall aggressive offseason.

That doesn’t mean avenues to bolster the injury-ravaged 2026 Patriots haven’t and won’t be explored, per sources, but any potential trade is more likely to mirror some of the modest moves from the Bill Belichick era.”

New England also has roughly $5M in cap space, some of which must be reserved for in-season roster moves, making it difficult to acquire a higher-salaried player without creating additional room.

RETURN OF THE MACK!

The #Patriots have activated WR Mack Hollins to the 53-man roster from injured reserve ahead of tomorrow’s matchup against the Packers.

Rob Gronkowski closed out his #Patriots Hall of Fame induction ceremony in this most Gronk way he could:

“I am a Patriot for life! Now let’s fiesta!”
