What a thrill it was for all of us that make up the MavsTV team to broadcast many of the special moments that were part of Cooper Flagg’s NBA Rookie of the Year season!

If you wanna savor the flavor of some fun times, a mix of our favorite MavsTV Cooper highlights are here.

Poster dunks, drives and contested jumpers against top defenders, records set, rebounds, assists, steals and blocks. He did it all and the overall game you see here is a big reason why he won!

Not just notes now but highlights too from our telecast…offensive boards and putbacks, a three, an alleyoop and a big swat. All part of the best night in the nascent stage of the NBA career of Morez Johnson Jr.

Lots of good notes from the performance of Morez Johnson Jr. in the Mavs win vs the Jazz.

13 pts, 17 rebs (10 off rebs), 1 blk and a team best +20 in a season high 24 mins. He had the most rebounds for a rookie this season.

Add thanks to my friends at @Stathead - some more historical fun facts:

1 of 6 Mavs rookies ever w/ 17+ rebs in a game.
1 of 3 Mavs rookies ever w/ 10+ off rebs in a game.
1 of 6 NBA rookies w/ 10+ off rebs since 2019-20

This is a great story and I was very impressed seeing Jackson and North Texas in person today…and for a half it wasn’t even their best day.

An offense with so many weapons and creating another really special season in Denton America. #GMG

Last winter, Tayven Jackson heard from school after school that wanted him as a backup.

Not North Texas. Now, he's one of CFB's top QBs.

His journey (4 schools, being cut) is a story that reflects life as QB in the portal era.

"It's so up and down."

Took a little while for the #2 scoring offense and #1 total offense to get going but done and dusted now. #GMG

North Texas football today…yeah buddy! Punched it in on this snap for a 10-0 lead vs Rice. #GMG
