We are aware of some players experiencing an issue connecting to Ultimate Team. We have identified that this is related to resetting upgrades on player items.

Our team has a temporary fix currently planned to arrive later today. We will update the thread when this fix is live.

A full fix is scheduled to arrive Wednesday, October 28th. Players may continue to experience an issue with resetting upgrades until the full fix arrives.
