As wholesale rates have dropped this week. You can now get a fixed rate at an ok 4% above the current price cap. At the start of the week the cheapest was an awful 8% above.

A one week fall doesn't change the fact the Jan price cap will rise by over 25%, but the rate you can fix at responds much more quickly.
