@ReframeSystems is bringing 12 townhomes to #Devens! Last week we joined @MassLtGov, @JohnCronin_MA, @RepDanSenaMA & others to tour one of the first homes on site, seeing how Reframe is working to automate the homebuilding process, accelerate production & increase affordability.

Harvard Street Neighborhood Health Center is building a new home on Blue Hill Avenue! MassDev is proud to help the organization turn the page on this property with #Brownfields funding & finance construction with a tax-exempt bond, purchased by our partners at South Shore Bank.
