Folio Update v1.16.0!

Fun problem - I can't keep up with the PRs and issues being submitted 😂

Features:
> Adjustable pen widths
> OpenRouter support
> Multilingual scan recognition
> Back and Forward inside PDFs
> Print previews and advanced layouts
> Organized Settings and storage controls

Bugs:
> Fast pen strokes could snap backward when you lifted the pen
> Folio could miss Claude Code on macOS when launched from the Dock
> Switching OCR languages or closing a scan during recognition could cause a renderer error
> Back/Forward shortcuts could take readers out of the browser edition

My goal for Folio is to be a great, simple, and fast PDF reader and editor.

Astra solved two audio/video bugs I've been battling for 18 months!!

Problem 1: dropped frames
> Occasionally in my videos, it would look like the video was dropping frame rate. Turns out, there's a setting in OBS called "buffering" which was set to auto. I thought auto would...ya know...automatically turn it on when needed. Astra read the OBS logs and figured out it never turned on, thus causing my camera input to drop frames as it overloaded OBS's ability to capture them.

Problem 2: mic popping
> Again, very occasionally, we'd hear weird mic popping sounds in my videos. It would only happen on Windows machines. Astra tracked down the problem. It turns out there was a very specific driver I needed installed and I had to have a very specific audio capture setup.
