Our 🌟 PhD student @MostafaIHA is presenting two posters at the 2026 @NeuroOnc @ASCO #CNSMetastasesConference.
One highlights our single-cell and spatial characterization of renal cell carcinoma brain metastases, uncovering how tumor cells adapt to the brain microenvironment and interact with its immune and stromal landscape. bioRxiv preprint: pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/42146564/

The second explores an interpretable machine-learning model integrating genomic mutations and copy-number alterations to predict survival across patients with brain metastases. academic.oup.com/noa/article/8/…

Proud to see our PhD student, @MostafaIHA, present his work on the single-cell and spatial landscape of RCC brain metastases @OSUCCC_James @OhioStatePIIO @Pelotonia.

Using single-nucleus RNA-seq, spatial transcriptomics, and computational biology, his research explores mechanisms of immune dysfunction and therapeutic resistance in CNS metastases.

Excited to see this work advance our understanding of brain metastasis biology and precision oncology.
